- 5-6 Imitation Crab Sticks
- 2 T Mayo (Kewpie if you have it)
- 1/2 Tsp Shichimi (Japanese spice)
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 1/2 C Finely Shredded Cabbage
- 1/2 C Julienned Carrot
- 1 Green onion chopped
- 2 T Cod Roe
- Toasted Panko to top
- Lettuce to serve on
- Sesame Seeds or furikake to top
Shred the crab sticks with a fork long-wise.
Mix well the mayo, shichimi and sriracha in a medium sized bowl
Add the veggies and seafood, mix well
Serve on chopped lettuce and top with toasted panko, sesame seeds or furikake — whatever sounds good!
