Spicy Crab Salad

  • Ingredients
  • 5-6 Imitation Crab Sticks
  • 2 T Mayo (Kewpie if you have it)
  • 1/2 Tsp Shichimi (Japanese spice)
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 1/2 C Finely Shredded Cabbage
  • 1/2 C Julienned Carrot
  • 1 Green onion chopped
  • 2 T Cod Roe
  • Optional:
  • Toasted Panko to top
  • Lettuce to serve on
  • Sesame Seeds or furikake to top

Shred the crab sticks with a fork long-wise.
Mix well the mayo, shichimi and sriracha in a medium sized bowl
Add the veggies and seafood, mix well
Serve on chopped lettuce and top with toasted panko, sesame seeds or furikake — whatever sounds good!
