Diner-Style Chili


½ lb ground beef

½ lb ground pork

1 can french onion soup

2 C Beef broth or stock

1 tsp cumin

1 Can kidney beans

1 can tomato paste 6 oz.

1 can of light beer or dark cola

1 tbsp chili powder

1 tbsp tomato chicken bouillon (or just chicken bouillon)

½ Cup Chopped peppers and onions

On medium heat, Brown meat, drain ½ fat (I love to keep some of the fat, adds extra mouth feel!)

Add the dry ingredients followed by the rest and stir well

Once it comes to a slight boil, turn down to low heat and keep warm 2-6 hours
