Fish Nuggets

Ingredients

2 Fillets of white fish (like cod)

¾ T Sugar

½ T Sake

1 Egg White

2 T Flour

Pinch of salt

Mix ingredients

Finely chop white fish leaving some small chunks

Add sugar, sake and fold in egg white (it will be sticky but that’s okay!)

Make into 2 inch balls

Roll in Flour,sprinkle some salt, and add some panko if want extra crispy

Deep fry ~5 minutes

Dipping sauce: 1 T Japanese Mayo, 1 T Soy Sauce, 1 Tsp Mustard, 1 Tsp ground sesame seeds
